Terms of Service
The terms that apply to Infused Agency services and proposals.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern the use of https://infused.agency and the services provided by Infused Agency (“Infused”, “we”, “us”). By requesting a quote, accepting a proposal or using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Services and proposals
The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal or statement of work. A proposal becomes binding when both parties accept it in writing. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless the proposal says otherwise. Payment schedules are set out in the proposal. Invoices are due on the dates shown. Work may be paused while an invoice remains unpaid.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, access to the accounts and materials needed for the work, and the rights required for any content or assets you supply. Delays in feedback or access may affect the timeline.
5. Content, accounts and third-party services
You retain ownership of your business content, accounts and data. We may use third-party platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, search engines, scheduling tools and AI services to deliver the work. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or policies.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project, as described in the proposal. We retain the right to use our pre-existing tools, methods and generic code, and to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
7. Results and disclaimers
Search rankings, organic traffic, AI citations and lead volume depend on factors outside our control, including search engine changes, competition and market conditions. Any examples or case studies on this site describe past outcomes and are not a guarantee of future results. Information on this site is provided for general purposes only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Infused is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the proposal. Fees for work already completed remain payable. We may suspend or end access to this website or our services if these terms are breached.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
